These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between AgeWise (The Swiss Inclusion Group GmbH) and clients for consulting services, training, and assessments in the field of age diversity and diversity & inclusion.

The AgeWise Assessment is a digital tool for evaluating the maturity level of age diversity in organizations according to ISO 30415:2021. The assessment is provided free of charge. The results are provided as a PDF report and optionally as a CSV export.

Contracts are concluded through individual agreements. The scope of services, duration, compensation, and specific terms are defined in a separate service agreement or project proposal. These GTC apply supplementarily.
Compensation for consulting and training services is agreed individually and specified in the service agreement. All prices are net prices plus applicable VAT.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction. In the case of ongoing consulting projects, partial invoices may be issued.

Both parties commit to treating all confidential information exchanged in the context of the collaboration as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent. This obligation continues beyond the end of the contract.
All materials, concepts, frameworks, and tools developed by AgeWise remain the intellectual property of AgeWise. The client receives a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for internal purposes. Publication or transfer to third parties requires prior written consent.
AgeWise provides services with professional care and to the best of its knowledge. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health. Liability for indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Cancellations of confirmed appointments or workshops are subject to the following conditions:
Both parties may terminate ongoing consulting projects with 4 weeks' notice to the end of a month. Services already rendered will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, particularly the GDPR. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
These GTC and all contracts concluded under them are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If the client is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Hamburg.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
